1. Service Overview
GeoTagger Pro ("Service") is a subscription-based web application operated at pro.geotagphotosonline.com. The Service provides browser-based bulk photo geotagging, EXIF metadata editing, image compression, resizing, watermarking, and format conversion. All image processing is performed entirely within your browser — no image files are uploaded to or stored on our servers.
2. Subscription & Billing
GeoTagger Pro is offered as a monthly subscription at $8.99/month (USD). By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal accessible from your account page.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once the Service has been accessed or used. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to partial use, dissatisfaction, or failure to cancel before renewal. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive usage patterns.
6. Intellectual Property
All images you process through GeoTagger Pro remain your property. We claim no ownership or rights over your content. The GeoTagger Pro application, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of GeoTagger Pro and may not be copied or reproduced.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoTagger Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
